Holy Family School finds its justification in the mission of the Church and is:
The curriculum is organised according to stages from the Board of Studies syllabi, which are in use in all schools.
The school is set up to cater for staged learning. The numeracy teaching has been enhanced by the implementation of mathematics programme Count Me in Too and the literacy programme includes all aspects of the award winning English programme, First Steps.
The curriculum is supported by many cultural experiences and sporting activities, both at the school level and within the wider community.
Holy Family School regards education as a partnership with students' parents.
At the beginning of the year, each class conducts a parent information night to inform parents about classroom practices and curriculum.
At the beginning of each term an overview of curriculum for each class is sent to parents.
At the end of the second and fourth terms an individual report is sent home with an invitation to parents to make an appointment for an interview to discuss the student's progress and formulate goals for future progress.
